Request deletion
- Email build@currentyx.com from the email address associated with the account.
- Use the subject “CURRENTYX account deletion request.”
- State whether you want to delete your personal account or an entire company workspace.
- Complete reasonable identity and authority verification. Do not send passwords or government identification unless an authorized support process specifically requires it.
What deletion will cover
After verification, CURRENTYX will delete or de-identify the account and personal information controlled by CURRENTYX, subject to backups, security records, transaction records, legal obligations, dispute prevention, and company-controlled records that the company is entitled or required to retain.
Company-managed accounts
If an employer or contractor created or controls the workspace, some job, safety, payroll-adjacent, customer, billing, or audit records may belong to that company. CURRENTYX may direct the requester to the company administrator or preserve limited records where legally required.
Timing and confirmation
The production process will acknowledge requests, verify authority, explain any retained categories, and confirm completion. The final response period will follow applicable law and published production terms.
