CURRENTYX is a product of Good News Development LLC. The public product is not yet accepting production accounts or payments. This policy will be reviewed and updated before those features launch.
Information we may collect
- Account information: name, work email, phone number, company, role, authentication information, and preferences.
- Company and field records: customers, properties, jobsites, crew assignments, tasks, PTPs, acknowledgments, notes, equipment, estimates, invoices, and related audit history.
- Files: photos and documents that authorized users choose to upload.
- Usage and device data: feature activity, calculator inputs and results when saved, logs, diagnostics, device information, approximate network information, and security events.
- AI activity: prompts, attached context, responses, model and request identifiers, token or credit usage, and review status. Customers should avoid entering information that is not needed for the task.
- Billing information: subscription status, receipts, transaction identifiers, and limited billing metadata. Payment providers process full payment credentials.
How we use information
We may use information to provide and secure the service; separate company workspaces; enforce owner, foreman, and electrician permissions; synchronize field records; support customers; meter AI usage; process subscriptions; prevent abuse; improve reliability; and comply with legal obligations.
How information may be shared
Information may be shared with authorized members of the same company workspace, service providers that support hosting, authentication, storage, AI, communications, payments, analytics, and error monitoring, or authorities and other parties when legally required or necessary to protect rights and safety. CURRENTYX does not plan to sell personal information.
Website analytics
With a visitor's permission, the CURRENTYX website uses Google Analytics to measure page views, scrolling, outbound link clicks, site searches, video engagement, and file downloads. Form-interaction measurement is disabled. Google may receive device, browser, approximate location, referral, and interaction information and process it under Google's terms and privacy policies. Analytics remains off until the visitor selects "Accept analytics." Visitors may change their decision at any time using the "Privacy choices" control on the website.
AI processing
Information submitted to Field Agent may be processed by an AI provider to generate the requested response. Production controls will limit access, meter usage, and keep AI assistance separate from deterministic electrical calculations. Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs and applying applicable codes, instructions, qualifications, and jobsite conditions.
Retention and security
We plan to retain information only as long as needed for service delivery, company records, security, disputes, and legal obligations. Production safeguards will include encrypted transport, access controls, tenant separation, backups, logging, and secret management. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete certain personal information. Company-controlled field records may also be subject to the employer or contractor’s retention responsibilities. Contact build@currentyx.com to make a request.
Children
CURRENTYX is designed for working professionals and is not directed to children under 13. Production company administrators will be responsible for inviting only users authorized to participate in their workplace.
