CURRENTYX currently includes prototypes and development builds. They are for evaluation and planning, are not a production record system, and may change or be unavailable without notice.
Electrical and safety responsibility
CURRENTYX is an aid, not a substitute for qualified professional judgment, manufacturer instructions, field measurements, engineering, permits, supervision, or the code and standards adopted by the authority having jurisdiction. Users must verify inputs, units, assumptions, equipment data, conductor and raceway characteristics, bender specifications, and results before relying on them.
AI-assisted features
AI-generated content can be incomplete or incorrect. It must not silently replace deterministic calculations, safety procedures, code research, professional design, or required review. Users are responsible for checking every AI output before using or sharing it.
Accounts and company administration
Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials, and use the service lawfully. Company owners and administrators control invitations, roles, jobsite access, records, and company-sponsored AI usage. They are responsible for having authority to upload and process company, employee, and customer information.
App Store license
For an Apple-distributed version, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless a custom license is displayed in App Store Connect. These CURRENTYX terms supplement that license. If the two conflict, the Apple license controls only to the extent required for the Apple-distributed app. Apple is not responsible for CURRENTYX support, maintenance, or service operation.
Subscriptions, trials, and AI credits
Before an App Store purchase, CURRENTYX will display the subscription title, duration, price, included features or weighted AI credits, and any trial terms. Payment is charged to the user's Apple Account after confirmation. A monthly subscription automatically renews each month unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple charges the renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. Users can manage or cancel through Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting CURRENTYX does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.
A free trial is available only to eligible new subscribers as determined by Apple and the applicable subscription group. Unless canceled before the trial ends, it converts to the displayed paid subscription. Any unused portion of a trial may be forfeited when a subscription is purchased where applicable. Prices, taxes, and currency may vary by storefront and will be confirmed by Apple before purchase.
Weighted AI credits are usage allowances, not currency. Included credits reset or expire as described before purchase and do not roll over unless expressly stated. One-time credit packs are consumable digital purchases and are nontransferable. CURRENTYX will not enable automatic top-ups without clear authorization. Refund requests for App Store transactions are handled by Apple subject to Apple's policies and applicable law.
Acceptable use
Users may not misuse the service, bypass access controls or usage limits, interfere with other users, upload unlawful or malicious material, reverse engineer protected portions except where law permits, or use CURRENTYX to create unsafe or deceptive work records.
Suspension and termination
Users may stop using CURRENTYX and may request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, fraud, unsafe misuse, security risk, nonpayment, or legal necessity. Ending an account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Apple. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits—remain in effect.
Availability, warranties, and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CURRENTYX is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. Good News Development LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or unsafe work resulting from unverified inputs or outputs. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer law requires otherwise. The Apple Standard EULA contains additional Apple-specific terms for an Apple-distributed version.
