CURRENTYX currently includes prototypes and development builds. They are for evaluation and planning, are not a production record system, and may change or be unavailable without notice.
Electrical and safety responsibility
CURRENTYX is an aid, not a substitute for qualified professional judgment, manufacturer instructions, field measurements, engineering, permits, supervision, or the code and standards adopted by the authority having jurisdiction. Users must verify inputs, units, assumptions, equipment data, conductor and raceway characteristics, bender specifications, and results before relying on them.
AI-assisted features
AI-generated content can be incomplete or incorrect. It must not silently replace deterministic calculations, safety procedures, code research, professional design, or required review. Users are responsible for checking every AI output before using or sharing it.
Accounts and company administration
Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials, and use the service lawfully. Company owners and administrators control invitations, roles, jobsite access, records, and company-sponsored AI usage. They are responsible for having authority to upload and process company, employee, and customer information.
Subscriptions and usage
Any prelaunch prices, allowances, features, and 3-day trial offer are proposals and not binding offers. Production subscription terms, trial eligibility, renewals, taxes, refunds, AI credit treatment, and applicable App Store billing will be displayed before purchase. CURRENTYX will not enable automatic AI top-ups without clear authorization.
Acceptable use
Users may not misuse the service, bypass access controls or usage limits, interfere with other users, upload unlawful or malicious material, reverse engineer protected portions except where law permits, or use CURRENTYX to create unsafe or deceptive work records.
Availability, warranties, and liability
Prelaunch materials are provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. Production warranty disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity terms, governing law, and dispute provisions will be finalized before paid service begins. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
